Jeanne Churchwell
Founder & CEO

  • Jeanne Churchwell is an entrepreneur and a proven executive with demonstrated ability to set strategy and lead organizations in holistic product transformation. Her experience in strategic business planning, operational excellence, software solutions, and team building makes her acutely aware of the need to operationalize, automate and scale processes in achieving business outcomes.

    Jeanne founded Mt. Tam Innovations, LLC (MTI) to fill the void she personally experienced in day-to-day business interactions. As Founder and CEO, she leads a team of highly motivated program managers, technical consultants, content developers, and programmers whose mission is to create high-quality experiences for Fortune 1000 clients.

    Prior to establishing MTI, Jeanne founded numerous ventures and co-founded and led a highly successful training company for 29 years. Jeanne lives in Virginia and Delaware, is married, has two daughters and a dog named Yuki. She is a life-long learner and loves to spend her time traveling, enjoying nature, and having fun with her family and friends (usually exploring something new!).

  • A self-described thrill-seeker, Christine Anderson is a customer success advocate and program manager who is committed to connecting people and processes to deliver greater business outcomes for MTI’s customers as they transform their businesses. She has spent the last 15 years driving innovation and efficiencies in a variety of technology sectors, including software, services, and networking technology, and is currently the most passionate about the work she is doing to drive continuous optimization and innovation throughout the technology journey through customer success.

    As a Senior Customer Success Manager at MTI, she oversees the services department, as well as training and career development for entry-level customer-facing roles. For Christine, helping others is the most rewarding part of the role.

    Outside of the office, Christine enjoys hot yoga, sailing, and baking.

  • George Churchwell is an entrepreneurial and accomplished executive, with over 35 years of innovation in customer experience and leading educational technologies in the IT networking world. He has co-founded two companies sold to private equity and has been a key player in shaping the direction of Apple, Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, British Telecom, and VMware certification programs.

    George is an expert on adult learning methodologies, learning technologies (XAPI, LTI, SCORM, LRS), and data science. His areas of greatest strength lie in his expertise surrounding Customer Experience/Customer Success and his ability to create strategies and tactics to increase subscription renewals and increase customer adoption and Net Promoter Scores leading to increased long-term revenue.

    George has mastered the Customer Success experience with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Totango through his artificial intelligence and machine learning skills to quickly identify and remediate any adoption barriers within organizational teams.

    George has won numerous awards and holds two patents in mobile learning.

    George enjoys dogs, outdoor activities like sailing, water and snow skiing, and softball. He particularly enjoys time spent with his family and watching sunsets with them on the bay.

  • Jacqueline Churchwell is a Strategist at Mt. Tam Innovations and leads various growth initiatives for the company. Her professional experience extends to organizational transformation, corporate strategic planning, and Agile implementation at companies like WeWork, Bain & Company, and Bridgewater Associates. She was co-founder and chief operations officer for her own e-commerce start up for women, Unbound, leading the company through an unprecedented amount of growth (10x) in its first year. Jacqueline holds both an MBA in Entrepreneurship and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She earned her BS from the McIntire School of Commerce in Information Technology and Marketing from University of Virginia. In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, soccer, and studying French and Spanish.

  • Namrata Nepal is the Associate Business Operations Specialist for Mt. Tam Innovations. She has over five years of experience as a project and research assistant as well as a business data analyst. She has a proven talent for aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts, conserve time and boost efficiency. Namrata holds an MS in Information System and Assurance and an MBA in Management of Technology. She enjoys taking long walks with her shih tzu and traveling.

  • Leah Brown is a Consultant/Advisor for Mt. Tam Innovations. She has worked on large-scale projects in the public safety sector as well as with several private colleges, and is a certified Crucial Conversations Trainer. Leah holds a Master’s degree in Biology from Murray State University. She loves reading, volunteering in her community, and spending time with her husband and two children.

  • Stacey Lowrance is a Project Manager for Mt. Tam Innovations. She is a member of the Tennessee PMI chapter and completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership course in 2018. Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Tennessee at Martin, a Master’s degree in Professional Writing and Content Development from Chatham University, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University (Global Campus). Stacey is an avid horse enthusiast and enjoys spending long weekends with friends and family trail riding and camping.

  • Mark Milton is a Software Operations Associate at Mt. Tam Innovations. He has years of experience working in high-technology companies, as well as experience in the non-profit sector, having focused on marketing and sales. Mark has studied marketing at San Francisco State University. He is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.

  • Michael Beevers is a Customer Success Content Engineer at Mt. Tam Innovations working with Cisco. Michael is a Cisco Certified System Instructor who has received excellent training results for over 20 years. Michael holds several information security management certifications including CISSP and CISM, as well as Cisco Specific certifications including Cyber Security Specialist. Michael is an avid volleyball coach and loves mentoring people whenever possible.
